What are the Akashic Records?
The Akashic records are a library or energetic archive of every individual soul’s life. Sometimes considered as the “book of life” they offer a complete history of every soul. The Akashic realm is a sacred place where spiritual growth and wisdom and insight; and deep unconditional love, peace and acceptance are offered.
Journeying into the Akashic records of an individual soul can unlock insights, guidance and advice about any aspect of that soul’s physical lives – past lives, current life and potential future lives too. Readings can also offer insights into the soul’s journey, and bring forward healing for any past life, ancestral or soul contract issues and challenges.
People seek readings for a huge range of issues, from receiving clarity about their soul’s purpose and gifts; to advice about living in alignment in the current lifetime; to uncovering the cause of physical illnesses and enduring relationship patterns; to requesting practical guidance on work or business life and finances.

How does it work?
Each joinery into the Akashic Records is unique. With your explicit consent, I create the environment, atmosphere and energetic vibration to journey into your soul’s records, with the support of your Akashic Realm Guardian.
Once there, I will usually meet you Akashic guide or guides. Often they have information to share immediately. Once you’ve received and understood this information, it’s over to you to ask the question or questions you would like help with.
What follows depends on the issue you have raised and the session unfolds naturally through an interactive experience. Sometimes we will receive direct and clear information and answers; other times we are shown intuitive images and symbols, physical sensations and emotions that are resonant to you; or we might be invited to undertake healing processes to resolve issues from past lives, through ancestral trauma or soul contracts that are still affecting your current life.
The process unfolds naturally and intuitively, always goes at your own pace and only considers information that you are ready to receive. Most people leave the session with greater understanding, clarity and reassurance, and with a sense of greater connection to universal wisdom.

Sessions are delivered on-line over Zoom on a one to one basis and usually between one hour and 90 minutes.
Sometimes one session is all you need to unblock a pattern, and other times you may need a series of journeys to satisfy your curiosity.
